  • At this time, Lip Elixirs ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours within receipt of order.  We ship Monday through Friday.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.  We do not ship on major holidays.  Orders placed on major holidays will be shipped the next business day.

  • Lip Elixirs will be happy to accept returns on any unused and unopened items within 15 days of delivery to you. 
    1.  Please call or email to receive a Return Authorization Number.
    2.  Please ship your returned item along with your name, return authorization number & order number to:

    3.  A full credit will be issued upon receipt.
    4.  Unfortunately shipping is not credited unless it is a Lip Elixir error.
